This tool identifies binding peaks of all AtWRKYs surrounding the searched target gene (-1000 to 500 bp from
the TSS).
When a geneID is searched for, the surrounding peaks are listed in the Table, and the Jbrowse viewer is
automatically relocated to display regions near the target gene.
