This page presents genome-wide TFBS data of AtWRKYs, including data types of DAP, ampDAP, methyl-ampDAP, and ChIP. In the "Type" field, the source tissue from which gDNA was extracted were indicated for DAP-seq libraries. The .bw and .bed files representing the genome-wide coverages and peaks can be downloaded. Motifs are discovered from the peaks.
