This page displays the genome-wide occupancy
tracks of AtWRKYs,
including data types of DAP, ampDAP, methyl-ampDAP, ChIP, and WGBS.
Tracks named by tissues are DAP-seq libraries. DAP-seq-based libraries have
two types of controls: "input" is the gDNA library before affinity purification, and the "TF-free" library
captures the non-specific binding of Magne HaloTag Beads (affinity purification without TF expression).
